Due to the speed in which surviving bacterial cells can reproduce, a 99.9% kill rate is not sufficient. Neutracil contains an extra-strength formula, which kills 99.9999%. This tests to log 6 at the 0.015% concentration - powerful while still be safe - so safe it won't sting the eyes.

Ingredients: Pure active hypochlorous acid (HOCI) at 0.015% concentration.
